Refund policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. While some folks might be comfortable wearing used earrings, many people are not.

That said, if your earrings arrive broken or damaged, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement with a pair of equal or lesser value. Because my earrings are handmade and one-of-a-kind, I cannot replace exact pairs lost or damaged in shipping. Thank you for understanding.
